    I thought they couldn't pronounce their "H's" in parts of Ireland.....Seems like it should be the other way around..

    Well, I heard the correction, "galaher" on an internet interview...I shouldn't make it sound like I know what I'm talkin about. But I can make good on this...I'm planning a trip to West Coast Ireland in the spring and me mate, Michael, a fan of Rory Gallagher, will surely know the dialects and how Rory's family would have pronounced Rory's last name.

    Now that I think of it, I believe it was Michael who turned me on to Rory Gallagher when we were college roommates in 1968-69.
