    Post hello from New England

    Hello, everyone!
I've been an amateur musician since my school years (almost 30 years now), mostly guitars - rhythm, bass, solo (in that order), acoustic and electric. Started with classical, then soon went into R'n'R, and just in the recent couple of years fell in love with the blues - thanks to the terrific Buddy Guy! My blues playlist mix contains both contemporaries (Buddy Guy, of course, BB King, Keb' Mo', J. Winter, Clapton) and the greats from the last century (Robert Johnson, Lightnin' Hopkins, John Lee Hooker, some Hendrix whom I loved from my pre-blues times - just to give some examples).
I'm fascinated while discovering for myself this deceptively simple and very much alive world of blues, taking a course on blues guitar and having fun with all that.
Hope to be a pleasant part of this community!

P.S. Now I'm off to read the recent threads!

Remember the music is not in the guitar
